The ELAB-080 integrates a dual channel Digital Oscilloscope, 16 Channel Logic Analyzer, Arbitrary Waveform Generator, Digital I/O and a dual channel power supply all in one convenient package!!
Modern PCs provide the power and sophistication that test and measurement equipment need. The ELAB-080 package comes complete and ready to use with the instrument, two oscilloscope probes, logic analyzer and AWG cabling and a USB cable. All you need to supply is the PC and you have a powerful test system. Electrical engineers in the 21st century need 21st century equipment that doesn't cost an arm and a leg.
PC-Based
PC-based instruments use the power and interface of a computer without the bulkiness and cost of traditional bench top equipment.
Compact Size

A Powerful Measurement Tool
The software that is included with the ELAB-080 gives the user fast and intuitive access to the DSO, LA, AWG, clock, and power supply controls. The application can be run with up to 5 separate windows, one with controls for the instruments, 2 showing the results of the DSO and LA, an FFT window for DSO analysis and a fifth window showing the AWG waveform. Each of these windows can be toggled on or off, and resized from full screen to as small as the user would like.
The ELAB-080 includes a 16 channel logic analyzer with 4 bit pattern matching triggering capability. Maximum sampling rate is 80 MSPS.
The ELAB windows make measurements easy to make, with user selectable colors, measurement markers and cursors, and the ability to save data or screen shots for use in presentations or lab reports. Each window also clearly displays user settings such as V/div, S/div, trigger levels, DC offsets, and more.
The user interface is designed to make operation easy and familiar for anyone that has used a DSO, AWG, LA, or power supply before.
No drivers are required to connect to the USB connection on the ELAB hardware, and the software can automatically update the firmware in the ELAB hardware if needed. This allows easy portability of the ELAB application across multiple PC's and fast upgrades in the future. The ELAB program is a standard Win32 application that will run on Windows 2000, XP and Vista. A fully documented DLL is also available, allowing fast and easy custom software to be written around the ELAB hardware. The DLL also allows easy integration with National Instruments' LabView.
The ELAB-080 includes an arbitrary waveform generator that can be programmed using a simple text editor or output waveforms captured.
